RV Camping

4-Night RV Camping

Camp in style and convenience when you drive your own RV to the Beyond Midwest campground. Each plot is approximately 15′ x 45′. Maximum of 8 people.* Access to all the camping activities, including the nightly silent discos. See below for check-in information and RV guidelines, and check out our Camping Guidelines for packing lists and policies. RV Camping with power hookups is available for purchase while they last.

Extra Vehicle Parking

Extra Vehicle Parking is an extra parking lot for campers arriving at a separate time and joining an existing campsite, starting at $99.

**Please note that extra car passes are extremely limited. We encourage carpooling with your group to ensure that you are able to camp together.

• Only one Extra Vehicle Parking pass will be allowed per campsite.
• Each Extra Vehicle Parking pass is good for one (1) vehicle for the entire weekend.
• Camping is NOT allowed in Extra Vehicle Parking, and will be strictly enforced. 
• No re-entry is allowed.
• Cars entering Extra Vehicle Parking may not exceed the legal capacity for their vehicle. No oversize vehicles are allowed.
• Extra Vehicle Parking will be open during normal camping check-in hours.

RV Camping Check-In

Arrival

Your festival wristband will be scanned upon entry, along with your RV Camping decal. Each person will receive a camping wristband—up to 8 people based on the capacity of the RV. 

Group Camping

Arrive together to camp together! If you and another RV arrive together, you may be assigned adjacent campsites. “Saving spots” is not allowed, and campsites are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping

If you purchase camping with your festival tickets, you will receive your RV decal and any extra vehicle passes with your tickets. If you purchase camping separately, your RV decal and any extra vehicle passes will be delivered separately. If your festival and/or camping passes are being held at Will Call, just present your order number, credit card, and photo ID to pick them up at Campground Ticket Help.

RV Camping Policies

• Every person staying in the campground must have a valid festival ticket.
• Every RV entering the campground must have a valid RV Camping Pass.
• RVs must be driven into and out of the campground by someone staying in the RV. Third-party RV delivery or pickup services are not permitted.
• The maximum allowed length for any RV setup is 45 feet total, including any tow vehicle. Any additional vehicles will require their own Extra Vehicle Parking pass.
• All RVs must have a functioning air conditioner powered by the RV’s onboard generator. Running the RV engine to power the air conditioner or electrical systems is not permitted.
• We strongly recommend arriving with a full fuel tank. Fuel will not be available for purchase on-site.
• Refueling generators during the festival is not permitted.
• Portable fuel containers, including jerry cans, spare fuel tanks, and similar fuel storage containers, are prohibited.
• Once parked, RVs may not be moved for the duration of the event. If you choose to leave the campground, re-entry with the RV will not be permitted.
• If you need to depart before Monday at 4 AM, please contact campground staff. Staff will assist and escort you safely out of the campground.
• Ensure your RV’s air conditioning and onboard generator are fully operational before arrival.
